Update: We've now used this service three times: broken pipe, wobbly toilet, drain the water heater, and install natural gas line to a new standby generator. Amazing service every time. Both Mike & Hunter are great to deal with.

Totally great experience, answered the phone when I called, made an appointment within a week showed up on time for the appointment called and let me know what time they would be there. Finish the work very quickly and neatly overall the best Plumber I have had in Mountain home Arkansas.

Appreciated calling and getting a person (Mike) to talk to. Hunter discussed options for different toilets with me and prices and did the installation. On time, careful about making any messes, job done very well, and cleaned up! Was great to work with! Will definitely use again!

Our toilet blew the supply line and the shut off broke when trying shut off the water. I called Mike and he immediately sent Hunter out to fix the issue. Mike and his team are fantastic! They are always efficient and check to make sure the job is done right the first time. We will continue to be long term customers.

I wanted to share my experience with Mike. I called him yesterday because we discovered a propane leak beneath our stovetop, which was really scary. Mike answered right away, was incredibly polite, and immediately gave me confidence that he knew exactly how to handle the situation. He’s clearly in high demand—he didn’t have an opening until Monday—but he still took the time to help.
This morning, he called me back to let me know he had a cancellation and could come earlier. I ended up going with someone who could get here even faster because I was genuinely afraid our kitchen might blow up before anyone arrived. But I want to be clear: I wouldn’t hesitate to call Mike again. There’s a reason he’s been in business for 35 years.
I truly appreciate that he tried to fit us in sooner and showed real concern about the situation. If it hadn’t felt like an emergency, we absolutely would have waited for our appointment with him. I hope he understands why we had to choose someone else, and I wanted to make sure his future clients know how much he clearly cares.

Hunter did a great job! He drove over an hour and 15 minutes for one project an managed it beautifully, but also managed another job we had. I appreciate him putting in the time and effort to accomplish 2 tasks for me. Will call again when needed. Thanks Mike the plumber!
